Reply to any email from us with the word unsubscribe, or email the address shown in the footer of that email with your address and "opt out" in the subject. You will get one confirmation and nothing else.

We add the address to a suppression list the same business day. The law allows ten business days; we do not need them.

If you want your organisation's whole domain suppressed, say so and we will suppress the domain.
